Default QB Quilt block of the Month for August, 2013 photo's.

Hello Everyone.

Here is a picture of the block that I made for August 2013. I really liked this pattern Tallahassee & was able to feature my floral theme with the pink & purple background. I am so anxious to know how everyone likes the pattern & to see how your blocks turn out. Good Luck everyone & don't forget to post your photo's, when you block is completed. We all love Show & Tell!!

Very pretty. I'll take a big gulp, cross my fingers, and try to sew it. I've got a month to get it right

Jaba, I looked at the instructions you don't have to paper piece there are templates also. I think I might go that route, I don't mind PP but prefer larger pieces. I'm going to try my first stack and whack on this one using templates.

I saw that too dedemac, let out a big sigh of relief here. Stack and whack would be beautiful, can't do that with my fabric but sure want to see yours when you finish.

Oh boy I am working out side my box of comfort zone, but I do like the block, it reminds me of a flower! I think I will try the paper piece!
