Just got home from a shop hop with my Quiltin buddies. I found the Eleanor Burns Flying Geese template. So now I am ready do do a lot of geese~

Thank you Judy this has been so much fun. I will be sure to check out your next mystery tour. I will be a bit late joining the group as My nieces' wedding is the 11th~ Now I am making the maid of honor's dress too! It is a good cause I keep telling myself!

I will post pictures when I get my top done, soon, very soon!

I just love the pictures so far! Very nice quilts ladies!

I was reading this thread while sipping my morning coffee in the club car when I realized I must have missed the final stop yesterday!! I must have slept through it or something. I thought the last stop was on the 19th for some reason (or I might have the date mixed up with another project). Sometimes I do get my days mixed up now that we are retired and everyday is a Saturday as my DH likes to say!!

Not to worry I'll be getting off the train today and heading to my BFF Private Quilt Retreat so I should be able to catch up there!

So I don't miss the new mystery train, does the new train leave the station on May 9th??? Is that the day we will know the fabric requirements ?? See you in the club car then!

PS the reveal is so pretty and the finished ones looked great!

During Hurricane Katrina there were many folks that sayed in in Central Louisiana. There was a family that stayed in a vacant house next door to my son and dil. The lady told me she owned a quilt shop in New Orleans but would move back home up north somewhere. Last week my granddaughter moved into that house as it had been vacant since the lady with quilt shop moved out..she found a Singer sewing machine in a cabinet. Landlord told her it was hers if she wanted it as we have no way of contacting the owner. Well dgd, Danielle wants to learn to sew so she was excited. Her hubby lost his job and the owners of this house just told them to clean it up and no rent for them and utilities are still own. So it really helped them.

I am excited because I want to see that machine. I know Danielle she is never going to sew! lol But I'll have to go over and clean it up and show her how to use it. I'll take a photo and show ya'll!

Hugs,
Betty

Everose I love yours. I've always really liked black and white with red.

Hey ladies, I finished the sides of this "wonderful" mystery. After much ripping and bad thoughts, this is what it looks like. Also a picture of us at the bacc show.

Okay this is scary!!! I deleted pictures and they still show. Oh my, time for a break. It must be 5:00 p.m. somewhere.

Oh by the way, I have lots of "goodies" from the bacc show. So while we wait for May 9th, I'm sure they will let us use the club car again (we can even share with conductors).

Take care.
