Help Needed Fabric bleeding on partially quilted top

I have a partially quilted quilt that was in a closet and the fabric bled onto the lighter fabric in several places does any one have any help or ideas on how to remove the color on the quilt before or after the quilt has been finished. Its older fabrics probably vintage reds that bled onto a cream or white fabric. This quilt has been partially quilted by hand and the person wants it finished on a machine any helpful ideas with this. any and all help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

I accidentally put my batting on the wrong way and I have pokies on the back or tiny white dots from the batting is there a fix for this.
I know pay attention when putting the batting between the layers. I didnít discover this until the quilt was finished. Itís a big quilt. Just wondering if they will disappear.
