For H12 the "hearts" should be pairs of tear drops which I tried to do but failed miserably! May do it again someday or maybe not! The applique looks very rough, too. So here are H10, 11, 12 & 13.

    Kitsie I love your blocks! I love their "hearts"! But if you want more "soft" is best make the shape in a template (can be a carton) and pass a basting around the part. So when you pull the basting thread fabric adapts better to the shape and curves will be "smooth". Then sprayed with starch and iron to ensure. As with the circles, but with the way you need. I hope to be clear and that the translator I do not play a dirty trick!A big hug!
