Does not start machine when you push button, and then a few minutes later my machine is going a mile a minute and sure stich unit won’t turn off, causing a thread pile up on bobbin side. Help

This is the same problem mine just started having last week. Very frustrating trying to decide who is in control doing the quilting, the machine or me.

I have decided that the unit will need to be replaced. I think however I may just go with my foot pedal for a bit and see how that works before I invest the money for a new one. My machine just came back nice and turned up so I know the bunching up is not in the machine. Right now I am ripping out the first row of stitching I did on a new quilt since is totally failed. You may want to consider getting a new one.
