Pumpkin Bundt Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box butterscotch instant pudding
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 cup pumpkin
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
4 eggs

Optional: confectioner sugar or cool whip

Mix the first seven ingredients together until blended. Pour into greased bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool and invert onto serving plate. May be sprinkled with confectioner serving or a dollop of cool whip before serving.
