Ladyquilter and aspiring knitnut

Just created this so I can hopefully post pics and stuff.

Fred, the last remaining feral cat not trapped, was trapped Tuesday and neutered and rabies shot;returned home today. He is not happy!!!

I am batching while DH makes a quick trip to Phoenix and back to deliver a car and pick up a truck. Managed to make a wider path in my sewing room and get some knitting done.

Have a blessed evening, all

  1. A few of my quilts

Good morning, folks. It is pouring down outside and we are greatful for the rain.
I always forget to take pics of my quilts, so I really do have a couple to post. The panel is for my sis for Christmas. The valentine wall hanging is a pattern from Accuquilt. The first one is my representation of the OKC bombing. Map is backwards (as in half staff flag) and each of the yoyos represents a child killed.
I really need to practice on getting the size down properly.
    I hope

Our house shook last night at 10:55pm. It was quite a surprise and my little Italian Greyhound totally freaked.
Don got home from his five day whirlwind trip to Phoenix and back about 11:30am today. He is pretty tuckered out.
The last of the feral kitten has been neutered and now the whole colony is non-producing. They are so pretty in their winter coats. They have had very healthy appetites; hope that is not a sign of a bad winter to match our bad summer.
    I've been trying ...

Hello! I hope you are having a blessed day!
I have a queen-sized quilt on the Gammill, so that is one of my projects for the day. Also working on knitting a hat for one of the granddaughters for Chrismas. Will probably alternate between the two projects.
I also need to remember to resize photos before loading. I guess they are not automatically resized when posting.
DH is on his way home from Phoenix, spent the night in Flagstaff and should be in tomorrow evening.
