I have a westinghouse motor on my vintage singer 66 machine that I just inherited, the sewing machine is great. I am trying to find out if the motor needs to be oiled or greased. I am used to the singer 221 motor which has wicks on the motor to be greased. This motor has 3 holes, on one the shaft which I think needs to be oiled and 2 on the body of motor which have no wicks. The label on the motor says Style 951314, Consolidated Sewing machine and supply Co, and westinghouse electrical, a manufacturing company. I want to use this motor if possible, so need to understand, do I grease or oil it? Don't want to damage it, its an unknown number of years since it was operated, probably 20+years. I've looked all over the singer sites, but can't find information on westinghouse motors.

Thanks, Val
