A bus trip on Sat. Feb. 2 will take visitors to the Cherry Blossom Festival in Waimea, a visit to a Kona Coffee Plantation, a Macadamia nut farm and a special luncheon. Around the island bus on Sat. Feb. 9 will stop at all the island quilt shops. This will be the 5th annual shop-hop bus excursion. 4th annual Quilting on the Beach retreat will include national quilting instructors Melinda Bula and Barbara Bieraugel along with local favorites.

Indiana Quilts for Kids Sew & Meet, 9am to 5pm, We do a carry in meal. We meet at Bethany Presbyterian Church, 3305 Longlois St., Lafayette, IN. This month is UFO month. We have volunteers that come and sort, iron, cut, and sew. Bring yor machine and what your working on We do have kits ready that you can get started on your quilt to donate. All our quilts are donated to Peyton Manning Children's Hospital, in Indianapolis. We would love to have new people join or request a kit if you can't make it to the Sew & Meet. Come join the fun
