Default 116 hats

I know this isn't quilting, but I wanted to show the 116 fleece hats I made for chemo patients that I donated to the VA.

When my husband had chemo I bought all kinds of hats and caps. I wish I still had one that I paid forty dollars for it. It was a neat hat that retained its shape no matter how it was mistreated. He gave all his caps and hats away except a straw that he used when he mowed. Memories. He appreciated any and every kindness shown him during his illness. Bless you for your work.

What a wonderful display of kindness. I'm sure these will be very very much appreciated.

What a nice act of kindness. There are knitters in my church group and they make the cutest little baby hats I have ever seen.
