I'm thinking of making the car a quilt ask my husband if I could chip off a piece of the paint to get the right color can not say what he said :thumbdown: :thumbdown: :thumbdown:

OMG! That is the car I learned to drive on. Practically the same color too. Is it a 3 on the column with an overdrive? Push button AM-radio? I think my dad paid around $200.00 in 1974. Thanks for the memory! 8-)

Oh, the memories! My family had a '64 Fairlane, metallic turquoise green. I loved that car.

That is a beauty....I love old cars and enjoy going to our local dairy bar on Wed. evenings to see them at "Cruise Night". It is a great time...good food, great music, a few prizes, and lots of great cars to look at.

Sounds like our story. On our recent trip he programed our GPS to tell him when there was a car museum nearby and also when there was a quilt shop. We've been married almost 41 years. Guess old cars and quilts are a good combo
