Ive watched Idol almost every year since it inception...the judges know before the show who is getting voted off....so it was all an act. I do think the guys have more talent this year. I was surprised by tonights vote also thinking she would still get voted out but not tonight..I was hoping Haley would go this week. Scotty I hope will be one of the final 3...and the same with James

This is the worst year yet for Idol. The judges are horrible, and the show is just not the same without Simon,,,at least he told it like it was and told the truth. All these judges now are just nambie pambies who want to make nice. Nobody should be surprised at who gets voted off, after all,,,isn't it supposed to be US who are doing the voting? Right!!! Yeah, we need another screaming heavy metal idol, and that idiot with the beard is such a phony, always breaking down and half crying like a little girl, he should have been gone the first time he was voted off.
Don't worry about Pia...the LOSERS always do better than the WINNERS anyway, except for Carrie Underwood. Remember Jordan Sparks? Okay, I will jump off my soapbox now!!!LOL

I can only hope that they or others in a position to promote, will take this person and run with them! Well I have spoken my thoughts.
I agree with you on this, I thought Stefano would go. I was shocked and the judges as well. JLO was crying and so amazed at what took place as all !!!!! I think she was great in all areas, I was sad.

I have watched almost all seasons and I did like Simon but I love these judges far more than any other season. I'm also not a Casey fan but wasnt much of a Pia fan either. The contestants need constructive criticism as well as praise and I think this years judges have done that very well.

It was a shock - yes. I also felt sorry for the boy who beat her out. However, doesn't it sound like our political stuff.

I was shocked. She was the best of the bunch. I am sure some talent agents were in the crowd and will snatch her up. I was so upset I cried. We all know who should have gone home.

I too was shocked!! I agree about the teeny boppers - they have been doing that for a couple of years now. Anyone remember last year's winner - of course not - teeny boppers voted him in. Too bad. Oh well, look at Jennifer Hudson - hope the same happens to Pia. :D

I hate that she was voted out but she seemed stuck in one style (don't really know how to phrase it) and didn't seem to have the nerve to step out of her comfort zone. I was actually hoping to see Paul go because I think his voice is awful! (And being from Tennessee, I guess that makes me a trator!)

I really miss Simon - he was always my favorite judge. I like J-Lo and Steven but have never liked Randy.

So it all boils down to individual tastes I guess.

I was absolutely shocked. I had her pegged as one of two who would most likely win right from the start. But it's not always the winner of Idol who goes on to succeed. I think she has a bright future even without winning Idol! :D
