That is a truly wonderful donation. The aprons are adorable, washable and so very handy for leashes and treats. Just perfect. Bless your heart.

Thanks! The apron pattern is just a basic one piece plus the two straps from McCalls - picked it up when their patterns were 99 cents at Joanns. The decorations are things made from scraps in my stash. The pockets are the size of the kitties in the first pic. All the others are smaller panels attached to the larger pocket. (The paws are topstitched) I would never have thought of the shelters needing something like this but apparently there is a great need, or so my DD was told. If nothing else, I figure it brightens up the shelter and hopefully helps to get more fur babies new homes.

Might try to make some for my Vet's office workers & maybe even him & his partner. He grew up in the house directly across from me. His Mom still lives there. His ofc is a go ways from me but he does give me a little discount!

I would encourage you to check with your shelter - they would probably love them!

Very nice of you. There are so many neglected animals and these places can use any kind of donated items. Here we make doggie beds from scrap material for our shelter.

Your aprons are very attractive. I make lots of aprons for gifts but I never thought of making one for an animal shelter. You are wonderful to make them and I know they will be well used.
