fabric scraps

There is a site that was asking for fabric scraps to fill animal mats/beds. Now, I cannot find it. Does anyone know of it ? thanks for looking. Joy

Since this topic has been brought up, I have a question. I've got a pretty big bag of scraps of fabric and batting. I wanted to make mats for our humane society, but I'm thinking that the mats would be awfully lumpy using these scraps. Can someone who has made these advise me?
