Hi there fellow quilter folk,
I was just wondering if any one of you might happen to collect 'owl-related' things. My mom did and when she down-sized, I hated to toss out her owl things. I have a nice owl object (knitted) and another 'owl wall hanging (reminds me of macrame) I would like to send someone who might be interested. If there is more than one of you to reply, I will put all the names in a drawing and first two names drawn may have these. Will run this post until Wed. 19th 6pm MST. Then do drawing if necessary.

This is very sweet of you to do.

I don't want any more for myself, I got a lot of my Mom's when she died. With my maiden name of Byrd we all had plenty to share out. I do love them though, and my little 5 or so inch high, solid brass owl sits right on the book case beside the front door. Just in case. It must weigh 2 pounds, would make a nice weapon.

Nothing for shipping. They don't weigh much and it will be my little way of payback for this wonderful board.

I don't want my name entered but wanted to say I collected owls for a long time and finally downsized and kept only a few "special" ones. People started giving them to me when I started teaching school. Hope yours find a nice new home.
