Oh that makes me mad!! I'm a seller on ebay and that kind of behavior is terrible! DO NOT let her get away with that.
Ebay will take care of it. Please let us know the outcome.
Sellers like that one give the rest of us a bad name :(

By the way...if you list your item for .99 or less on Ebay right now...you don't have to pay a fee.
If she does end up sending it.... make sure she doesn't sabatage the machine.

Yeah sort of happened to me. bought a multiple of something and it didn't sell for what she wanted so she jacked up the shipping to a point that was just crazy . Everything could have shipped for a first class stamp but she had like 60 dollars shipping. I refused to pay , she reported me to ebay, I explained the problem and sent copies of her emails. They cut the non payment down to 2 on me and did nothing to her. This was quite awhile back though sounds like things have changes. Report her. Most definitely

absolutely contact ebay, thats the only way they can keep this from happening....she should have just explained the shipping would be delayed until she got it back...thats the right thing to do...she sounds fishy...

Wow, that must have been awhile ago. That behavior is not tolerated anymore. They really are trying to get rid of the crooks.
Seller standards are very well monitored now, as they should be.
They still don't seem to address buyers who don't pay though....

Buyers who don't pay should get kicked off too. Maybe 3 strikes your out? Things do happen but not constantly.

Please report her right away to ebay and document it ... sounds way fishy to me, she is just trying to relist for a bigger sale $$$
If it was an HONEST mistake, she'd be sending you that machine right now !!

I've bought on ebay for 6 yrs now, I've never had this happen -

first contact ebay and paypal and send them a copy of what she wrote to you. She is committing fraud. I think you are right and that she did not get as much as she wanted---she should have put a minimum amount on the auction. Then go in and give her bad feedback so no one else will get caught in her lies. I almost guarantee she will be barred from selling on ebay. I would dare say that she never intended on sending you the machine. Hang in there and let us know.
