Haha, smallstrips. This poem describes my eating for the past few weeks! Cute! I'm going to print it so I can see it every day.

Since it is May 4th I will figure out who the winner is for April and post it later today. I have only heard from a few people as to their weight loss. ALso don't forget to sign up on the new thread for May.

The winner for April is Susanna 10 with a 5 pound loss. SOmeone else had a higher loss but asked that I pass the FQ on to the next person. I will let her identify herself if she wants to. Congratulations.
We are all making better choices and getting healthier so we are all winners!

thank you thank you and a special thank you to the mystery winner. I am so excited. Now, if I can just keep it off this month that would be great. This is such nice group of people to talk with. Everyone is in the same boat I am in. I am 67 years old and trying to loose 50 lbs.

Susanna, congratulations. I just turned 60 and have about 43 more pounds to go. I am hoping with the support of this group i can do this. I have really enjoyed this group!
