I want to make aprons for my son and DIL for Christmas. Brad does the cooking and Kate does the baking. I'd like to embroider something clever on them, but i'm drawing a blank. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.

HIS: chef
HERS: ch-i-ef

HIS: I rule the roost.
HERS: I rule the rooster.

HIS: I love my baker.
HERS: I love my cook. (or chef)

HERS: awesome cook.
HIS: awesome eater. (lol)

BOTH: I LOVE THE COOK!

I made aprons for my MIL and FIL last year.
MILs was a half apron with a towel on it. I embroidered her name and some pretty flowers on the towel.
FILs is a full size. On the bib part, I embroidered....She thinks my apron is sexy.
That was hubby's idea!

Thank you for your ideas. I've gone off on a slightly different tangent. I'm going to make Kate's sort of retro and put the sayings on Brads. Then I'm going to use scraps to make something matching for their dogs. I'll post pictures when I'm finished with them. You guys are great!
