Hi. I'm looking to purchase the 630 with embroidery module. I'm not sure what sort of embroidery format does 630 take. I have a Brother machine and it takes PES format so I have quite a lot of PES format embroidery designs. Just wondering whether I can sew PES designs using the 630. I also have PE Design software that does conversion of file formats.

Appreciate help from anyone with experience with this machine.

Not sure what the Bernina is but am curious why you would switch machine brands. I have a Brother Duetta and a Pfaff CV and I think the Brother is a better stitcher when it comes to Embroidery.
Just my 2 stiches worth.
