Welcome to the dark side - we have low-point cookies.

Don't stress over the points too much. My breakfasts generally average about 7 points, but that's where I like to spend them. I try to end up with a light dinner.

I'm so glad to know that I'm not the only one who makes eggs like that. :)

7 points for breakfast is not bad. You get a lot and if you start the day satisfied, getting through the rest of the day is easier. I'm also on WW. I eat a hearty breakfast, snack on a piece of fruit mid-morning and have salad (really large, with all sorts of veggies in it) and protein for lunch. I'm fine with that. Give it a few days and you'll develop a rhythm. plus, you get extra points for the week to spread out as you want/need. Don't worry about not using your points, use every last one. Believe it or not, you lose more weight that way (ask me how I know?)

I joined. Lost 54 pounds. :) I do the old Points though. Works for me. :)

Don't worry about the "recommended" for breakfast. I eat a big breakfast, and smaller lunch and dinner.

The first week or two are the toughest. After that it's much easier

LOL! So true! I've been thinking about joining for the past 2-3 weeks. Wednesday morning I told myself that I needed help - and today was the day! I was so nervous I was shaking and nauseous when I had to step on the scale. The last time I weighed this much I was due to give birth any day! Twenty yrs later and it seems I'm still trying to lose the "baby" fat!

I went grocery shopping tonight - it ain't cheap trying to get skinny!!!! By the time I got home & groceries away, I was ravenous. I stocked up on frozen WW Entrees..... until I get a grip on how to adjust to this new lifestyle, I don't trust my home-cooking.

Tomorrow I'm going to try their recipe for slow cooker lasagna - no need for everyone else in the family to starve on my behalf!
