It never occurred to me that a ring could be too big! However, if I were to take pix of my rings I would have to use someone else's hand. As my husband said one time when he was holding an item he wanted to sell on Ebay and I took the picture. When he saw it he said "Whose old man hands are those?"

I don't even wear mydiamond--or my wedding band any more. Jewelry gets in the way!! Hubby knows I'd gladly hock them for shavings, hay, straw, or fabric.

Oooh, that is a pretty sparkly!
I'm not one for big stones either, but my gf has a 2 carat diamond ring (bought pre-daughter LOL) & most people think it's a zirconia!!
I have my sapphire "General Motors Mark of Excellence" ring that I earned at work & am always amazed at all the compliments it gets! (Almost as many comments as my LEGO (r) watch gets! )

Here we go girls....lets show off our diamonds....

Total 1 carat (centre stone is half, each one either side is quarter).
    Brilliant Cut
    Clarity - SI-2
    Colour - G
4.3 grams total (inc the 14kt white gold setting)

I bought it for myself, in 2004 in Aruba, to celebrate my recent promotion. They are Conflict Free Diamonds.

I love it! I like to think of it as an 'inheritance piece'!

The first is my wedding ring I had done in the diamond district in LA. The second is a rough cut ruby underneath (I will try to show another pic) with diamonds and rubies on top.

The 2nd pic is the rough cut ruby. From the side it is the tree of life. See the bark on the ring? The first is a coin ring I got many years ago. If anyone knows anything about it, I would like to know. I have never had it appraised.
