Joanns has a pattern thats really close. It's on their web site under quilting projects. It has chicks too.

I had a pattern almost identical to this many years ago, but lost it. It was a bun warmer - the wings lifted up & you put your rolls or biscuits into it to keep them warm. I would love to make some more of them - DD was just talking about it a few days ago, saying she wished she had one. May have to check this out - lol
