LOL.

What would you buy if you had a fairy godmother to lend you the money?

For $100,000 I could buy a house with land, a long arm and a new car and still have money for fabric. Any lenders out there?

I like the colors but my favorite house is only $90,000.

Incredible Queen Ann Victorian. Wonderful fireplaces, pocket doors, original woodwork, porte cochere, balconies, stained glass, butler's pantry.

You had better be pretty handy to maintain that type of house & they are very expensive to heat. We have a lot of restored Victorian houses near me in historic Newtown, PA

No way. Looks like a money pit to me. For 250,000 I could buy a new house with lots of land in the country.

For that amount of money, I could build a house, pay off all my bills, and possibly pay off a hit man to take care of my soon-to-be ex-husband! Not really but could sure use about $2500 to pay the attorney!

I love the house we have. I would love to have the money to have a housekeeper, cook, maintenance man, and someone to do all of the yardwork. :)

I would build my dream house with a big wrap around porch. Two apt. Upstairs. So my kids could visit anytime. Buy a long arm and invite all my quilting friends over for FREE to do their own quilts....the first thing I would do is tithe off my new weath...

Egads - where I live that would just about buy a garage! Oh woe is me! I just realized that may sound uppity and believe me, I don't mean it that way. I just mean to say that houses here are very expensive. We are in ours about 36 years and paid a fair price, but fair prices today are out of sight. (they aren't fair is the point!) I couldn't afford to move even if I wanted to. But that's OK - I like my house and my neighborhood.
