Take care of yourself first, the quilting will still be there when you feel better.

Rest, rest and more rest. SherriB is so right. I have had pneumonia 3 times this year (COPD) and my lungs are still not cleared up per the x-rays. Take care and health New Year

Rest and take care of yourself - even baby yourself. You need time to recuperate. - Cynthia

Sounds like you need to stay in bed and rest so you can feel better!

Same thing happened to DH. It took 2 Dr visits over a 2 week period, 2 steroid shots, 2 antibiotic shots, oral antibiotics and an inhaler, and just over $300!

That was 6 weeks ago and he is still coughing up yucky stuff.

Take this time to get well. We all need to recharge sometimes and maybe you've been pushing harder than you realize. Think of these days as preparing for the new year.

This is going to sound very strange but I just got an e-mail today which claims the if you cut an onion, slice off top and bottom, and put it in a bowl in your room, it will absorb all bacteria. Apparently, families used this method in 1918 during the flu and it seemed to work. Others state that they have tried it and it works. Nothing to lose! Try it. If it does work, please let me know and pass it on.

I've had pneumonia, and it can take a long time to be completely well, even if you are well enough to return to work. Take care of yourself, and don't rush things. You'll end up worse off than if you just take time to heal.
