Did someone say Cheesehead?! Cheese curds are a Wisconsin staple, whether one eats them fresh or breaded and deep fried, we enjoy them served either way. Big game on Sunday the Packers and da Bears, go Pack!!!

I was introduced to fried cheese curds this past summer when I visited my son in Alabama. I'll take cheese curds any way I can get 'em - fried, plain, or in poutine are great!

That was my memory of cheese curds, squeaking!. Fun food. I like the regular ones best but I know others like the deep fried ones. But, take care, both are like the old potato chip commercial, "You can't east just one!"

I love cheese curds, especially fried! Culvers restaurants served a Curdburger on cheese curd day which was a giant fried cheese curd on a burger---which would be amazing! They sold out by like 11 am locally.
