First you should ask for a donation just to take a peek at the beautiful cake, and then another higher donation for a slice. Sure wish I could be at the morning coffee with you to enjoy some of that cake. May in Jersey

I know the taste of the cake was wonderful, but the icing deserved a blue ribbon! I could see roses everywhere. What a gift you have for decorating.

That cake is too pretty to cut! And here's a laugh for you - it immediately reminded me of the hats women wore when I was too young to wear hats, except once a year at Easter. I guess I'm talking about the 1950's. In fact I think my mother had one that was all swirly like your cake (the cake is better!). My husband is a several times cancer survivor (unrelated cancers) and I always like to hear about different ways people support those with the disease and their families.
