I have never seen either......soooooooooooooo I guess I have no opinion

I can't sleep up very early so I straightened my sewing room,
What do you do when you can't sleep? Nothing just lay in bed? Get up read and have your morning beverage? Do something productive like sew or clean?

limit tossing and turning for 15 minutes, then get up and go through bedtime routine including relaxation exercises with music; if that doesn't work, get up and do something productive ..... and take an afternoon nap!

What's included in your bedtime routine? meditation, reading, or gentle exercises?

my bedtime is kissing my dh goodnight, and the cat Zoey, tapping her foot till i go to be, open the window and then she sleeps with me. She gets angry when i take to long to go to be.

Morning routine: coffee or tea, read the mail or watch tv.

Mostly meat but sometimes only a pb&j will do.

So pb&j bread or toast? With or without a banana? Grape or strawberry jelly?

I don't eat many salads with mayonaise but if I had to choose, it would be tuna salad sandwich.

If you can't have potato chips with a sandwich, what do you have -- fruit or veggies?

Yes...nearest grocery store is 1/2 hour drive. Need the insulated bags during the summer for perishables and use cloth bags for the rest of my groceries.
