It varies from year to year I miss the days when were all the kids were young and all 24 plus of us gathered at my in laws home to celebrate, friends and extended family welcome too sometimes there were almost 40 of us. It was overwhelming and chaos and I miss it. Now with all our kids grown, moves, divorces and family changes it varies as few as 6 of us as many as maybe 15 I long for the chaos.

What is your favorite thanksgiving leftover, the turkey or the dressing/stuffing?

relaxing and going to MIL to see sil and nephews. Two boys 8 & 10, they sounded like a freight train, only 2 of them.
Taking down the tree tomorrow and decorating it. And there was not one piece of turkey leftover. # of us ate it all.

Take a winter vacation...yes or no? (and to where)

Not very often but when we do it's someplace warm last year was costa rica. When mr bill retires I would love to do something like that every January.

Zennia, I was the same way Thursday there only was 7of us, while it cuts down on family drama I miss the good stuff.

Lets stay with vacations, assuming finances are not an issue and you can be gone all January would you choose

A warm and tropical beach or island
    OR
A trip through a Europe visiting cities and countrysides.

both, first the traps, coz they are on the main strip, then venture out.

Do you buy souvenirs on vacation, or collect sand and pebbles or coral on the beach?
