flannel backings or cotton backings on winter quilts

Sorry lovingmama, I am constantly asking myself "Do I really NEED this fabric?" Then buy it anyway even though I don't have a project in mind.

Designing your quilt on paper or on software?

MaryMo, Have learned to NOT buy fabric except for the project currently being made. Life is simplier that way.

OK..clarification...cocktail party...you are invited by a person, and party is not advertised and you do not pay for your drinks. Happy hour..advertised by a bar,you pay for drinks and there is no written invitation

with your clarification ... happy hour .... but I imbibe very little alcohol and have little use for smoky bars or parties

Would you rather .... attend a party (for whatever reason) or stay home quilting?

[fyi ... It's late (or early by some standards), a full moon and I can't sleep so I hope this entry makes sense to me hours later.]
