    Grew up sewing with mom, making draperies, bed spreads, and slipcovers (her business) and clothing for personal is that lessons? Later on, late 80's early 90's we took a couple of Elenor Burns classes, now it's mostly reading and following directions. I'm not sure so I'll go both.

    Make your own cloths for fun, or no way I prefer to purchase mine?

    tiny snippets get tossed, anything 2" square or larger are saved for scrap quilt

    How do you use batting scraps - stitch together or toss into pillow or dog bed
