working on Christmas gifts !LOL See how ya are, making the rest of us wish we were all done LOL OH well, along with quilts I am sewing clothing for each granddaughter (then had a machine break down- bought a Pfaff Ambition 1.5 -It better not break down !LOL), so that is my getting things done. But it will be a joy for them for Christmas as I haven't made them any Christmas and school clothes in a while for sure and they will enjoy it ..

Now, I'm really depressed (LOL). I just realized I would be away from home for most of November and December so I have to really get moving or give up on a couple ideas. I am firmly committed to two (big) projects so I'll endeavor to finish those. One is an advent calendar and the other is a lap quilt to be auctioned off to fund a holiday party for my husband's AIDS clinic staff. problem is, i can't quilt while away unless it's small and hand work only. Part of the time, I'll be crawling around Maya ruins in Honduras and Guatemala!!!

Oh Dear! You are so very smart to have it all finished this early!

Was this for this year or last Christmas? Congratulations from someone who is still working on Christmas 2008 (or maybe one from the previous milenium)

Congratulations on your energetic finish to your Christmas gift-giving. I haven't even thought about that yet.

I have tons to do also. Usually at this time just finishing up on everything but not this year with everything happening and very tight on money. So making a lot gifts. Boy do I need to get in gear.

Nobody on my list cares whether I make a quilt, and I have never been able to figure out how to shop early. If I bought in October anything at all that they wanted, by Christmas they would have bought it for themselves. Maybe I'll make little quilted bags for gift cards!
