I like propellants but don't use Pam type things. High quality olive oils from the bottle, baby!

When cooking pasta etc. I give the water a shot, pot won't boil over.
Also spray your pot before putting potatoes & water in and will not boil over....

Has anyone ever sprayed the inside of the bread machine pan and the little mixer thing? Usually have a gaping hole in the loaf and stuff stuck on the mixer paddle and below it. Maybe I should be brave and try it!

Great tip for the ants---will this also stop the squirrels??? we have more of a problem with them than the ants.
