Snowman
It seems everywhere I go I'm seeing these snowmen. It looks like they are made from a paper towel roll(?) , wrapped in a sheet (maybe) of that snow thet sell for the xmas villages etc. Anyone know what I'm talking about and how to make them.

These are an older craft. Did ask one lady where she got hers. Her ex DIL bought them at a craft fair years ago. So no help there.LOL.

They are cute and a great way of recycling that useless piece of cardboard on TP. Eventually, I think the cardboard roll will eventually be eliminated and be just another thing of the past to be forgotten.
