Blogger.com is a super easy blog site to use, at least in my opinion. If you're looking for something with more options, more statistics about who views your page, etc, wordpress is good, but it is VERY confusing until you get the hang of it.

I use Wordpress, it is very good and user-friendly once you get used to it. I use Artisteer to make my blog templates.
