I love your pic. Looks just like my sewing area. My cats love my quilts. What can we do. They need to inspect them

My cat never leaves my side when I am sewing and he is quite the helper.

My cats (well, ones my sons) are always with me in my sewing room or where ever I am. My cat thinks he's a dog and runs to the front door whenever the bell rings..

I have 3 cats who love being in my sewing room with me, but it is not allowed because one of them is a thread eater. When they decide to be "helpful", I quit and wait until they go back to sleep. It is just easier.

How cute! I have one that does the same thing. She thinks she can get away with it as long as she sneaks up slowly...

LOL, been there before. I don't allow my cats on my tables anymore, just the chairs IF they behave.

Once I HAD to change the way I was quilting a quilt because 'someone' was sleeping on the other end and I could't turn my quilt. Haha. She is normally not allowed in there because she causes trouble and steals my yarn! I found trails of it strung all over the house because my sewing room door didn't shut properly! They're funny but I find them to be like small children!

I think she needs "togetherness". Lots of love needed for her. I'd try a heating pad with a blankie on it .Bet she'd love it. My little dog does.

Cats are stubborn know it alls. Mine know not to get on the kitchen counters or play in the water dish. But the minute Im not looking they do what they want.
They love quilts and full laundry baskets for naps.
Gotta love them anyway.

My ginger tabby Sir Thomas Catt is in love with my sewing machine. He loves to lay against it while I sew. I think he thinks the motor is purring for him. He is a constant companion whenever the I quilt. Here he is on the back of the charity quilt I just turned in to the guild.
