It's a beauty, what a lovely bed for a little one. Made me smile...my husband is a clever fella, works in metal and can build almost anything. Trouble is it always has that heavy industrial look....probably bombproof, but pretty, or fluid design....not a chance:)

Such beautiful craftsmanship!

I agree with the light colors for a baby. Also, remember little ones after a while chew on things, especially when they start to stand up, so you may want to use that in your "stain or not to stain" debate, at least for now.

That is an amazingly beautiful piece of craftsmanship!

(Being 24, I'd personally prefer it stained darker as well... maybe it's a generational thing?)
