So sorry to hear about your accident Franie. Wool applique is fun to do...have you ever tried it? Primitive Gatherings has some lovely kits for little table mats and such. Stitching on a nice wool is like stitching through butter.
Wishing you a speedy recovery!
Hugs

Sorry you are laid up and hope you have a quick recovery. You can learn to use your other leg, I blew my knee when I was still working and learned how to use the footpedal with my left foot.

Oh So sorry ! What about putting the foot pedal between your thighs ? That way you don't put any strain on your left knee either . Good luck

I am so sorry! I broke my ankle a couple of summers ago trying to get to a yard sale. I broke it and sat on the curb trying not to cry. I still made hubby go get the items I had my eye on before I let him take me to the doctor! LOL! ;)

I love your attitude. I bet you get a lot of handwork done. Do you hand quilt or applique?

Sew sorry about your fall! Don't do anything to make your recovery time longer than it has to be! Hand work sounds like a good thing, or the knee lever thing.
