Gayle most of my gallbladder pain was related to how much greasy food I ate. ( chips are somewhat greasy) The more junk food I ate the worse the troubles. If the problem has happened several times it is time for the doctor to look at it. I am really big on avoiding the doctor. I guess that comes from years and years without health insurance. Good luck
I told my DD she is going to have to take my grandson out of here, every time he eats I eat. He is a snacker. I have had sooooooooo much junk it is gross. They have been here for 2 weeks and I have thoroughly enjoyed myself. He is 2 1/2. So cute. He is in to everything! I really need some baby gates. He loves to go upstairs. I have to keep my sewing room locked when he is here. He went up there with me yesterday. I went to get a fabric to show my DD for a baby quilt. Second grandson due in April. He kept picking up things and telling me "not for babies." I will miss them when they leave tomorrow. I have got to get back on the good food train.

All of my gallbladder pain has been related to greasy food except for catsup and canned tuna when the gallbladder was really bad. Why those two?? I thought I was dying the first time that was brought on by overeating potato chips while extremely pregnant. The last attack over a year ago was the worst, but so far no repeat, thank goodness.

No red FQs for me, darn it. I am tired of anything except healthy food, so maybe January will be better.

I started a baby quilt today. I just found out my GD's shower is the 13th, not later in the month and it has to be mailed to Kansas City, MO. It's was hard to make a either/or quilt when I think she's having a girl. I want to do pink! I wonder how long I can leave the Christmas tree up?? I can't skip GS's bb games and one is 90 miles up the road.

Here's wishing us all 24 hours of clean eating. One day at a time.

Yes I need to get back to clean eating. My grandson and I made a cheesecake for the other grandma yesterday. It was her birthday. She loves cheesecake. He loves to cook. I did the math and figured out what size pan to use to make 2 small cheesecakes from one recipe. We each got a small one. The one here is almost gone.
I have made a big salad. Something I saw on Pintrest. It is kale, spinach and lettuce. You top it with strawberries, blueberries, carrots and cucumbers and almonds. There was some kind of health benefit to each ingredient that I don't remember. I just like it. I have never liked kale in a salad. They said to massage it first. It makes it so much better. Not so tough.
I need to make a baby quilt too. My DD is having a boy. ( we were hoping for a girl but will take whatever as long as it's healthy)SHe says she wants something kinda Charley Harper looking. I will have to study on that one. I don't like to applique so not sure what I will come up with.

OOPS I forgot to put the new thread up, I will be doing that in just a few minutes.

Tonight when I get home I will post the colors for the next 3 months. January will be neutrals.

Here is the link for the new thread.

I started our at 189 the beginning of the month and am down to 184. I am excited to see my numbers this low. It has been a long time since I have been down this low.

Good luck ladies. Dont forget to send you your loss for the month. We are seeing that small losses have been some of our big winners.

I guess I will have to face the scale today. I am sure it isn't good. I probably won't be able to go back to work on Wednesday because none of my clothes will fit.

Great loss for the month Cindy!!! I am only down 4 but I will take it!!!!
This gives me 50 lbs since last Thanksgiving. I still have a long way to go but 50 in about a year is livable!!! If I can lose another 50 this year I will be excited. If I lose more.... than even better!!!!! My "goal" is about another 90 lbs, but I can live with just 50 more!

I have been staying away from any fried food. Am going to a party with my In-laws tonight. It is just appetizers from 6 - 8. I have no need to stay up until midnight. It is about a 2 hr drive down to their house, so we are leaving around 2. Tomorrow is my Step Father-in-Law's 86th birthday. We decided that we would spend some time with him on his birthday. Two of my kids are going to join us tomorrow and then we will go see the Hobbit movie again, this time in 3-D Imax. Hope you all have a great day, watch what you eat and drink tonight!!!

I saw the Hobbit in Imax 3d and it was awesome. It was the first one I seen this way. I so enjoyed the movie. My friend I went with had read the book and I haven't. He told me I need to read the book.

Keep you your hard work. I am down 65lbs in 15 months. I am going to keep going and get down to my goal.
