While walking my mail to the mailbox this morning, how could I not notice all of the dandelions in the yard that needed to be cut?

I started looking closer and I saw the dew on them glistening in the sunshine. I went inside, grabbed my camera and a towel (to lay on) and snapped a few pictures.

    Isn't nature just absolutely amazing!

I know. These do look like tiny ice crystals or like they were sprinkled with glitter.

I consider weeds natural flowers, always very pretty. Sunrises and sunsets are two of the things I enjoy the most.

Thanks for sharing that with us! It's beautiful!

I just love walking through the grass on a dewy morning, wearing sandals, and feeling the cool wetness on my toes.

Trouble is, the sandals are now packed away until next year. It's a bit ... nippy here now.

I have an older Nikon SLR.

    It is a D70s and I was shooting with a 50mm 1.8 lens.

I'm sure my neighbor was wondering why I was in the middle of my yard on a towel at 9am LOL
