He is so wonderful; he never complains about my messes.(I'D HAVE TO ASK HIM IF HE HAS CHECKED OUT THE GARAGE LATELY)

He is so wonderful; he does the grocery shopping. (IF HE WANTS TO EAT, HE HAS TO HELP...FAIR IS FAIR)

He is so wonderful; he even does the cooking freeing up all my time to sew, sew, sew. (HE IS A MASTER AT THE GRILL)

He is so wonderful; he pics up my meds. (WHOA IS HIM IF I'M NOT ON THE MEDS)

He is so wonderful; he does all the laundry; folds and irons nicely.(HE DOES HIS OWN WORK LAUNDRY AND HELPS ME MOVE THE OTHER PILES TO THE FLOOR SO WE CAN GO TO BED SOME NIGHTS)

HMMM....I have a stash, my wife has a stash, its OURS together. BUT, I buy way much more than she does, I buy all the rulers, books, templates, starch, and patterns, I draw out the pantos we want instead of having to purchase them. I piece the quilts, she uses the quilting machine. We've been married 37 years...try it you might like it there are many men who enjoy quilting

If I had a Dh like that I would feel guilty. After all there is woman's work and men's work.

My husband is some of those things.

He never complains on how much I spend. He better not. He spends 10 times as much as I do on his train habit.

He cleans the house - Well sort of, he found me a lady who does the scrubbing once a week.

He cooks - He will run and get a pizza.

He never complains on how much time I spend quilting - WRONG! During the summer that is all he does. "How can you spend so much time in your sewing room when it is so nice outside?" I have a very stressful job and he doesn't understand that it relaxes me.

He does the yard work - Well he mows the lawn, the rest is up to me.

He does take me to every quilt shop we pass when we are traveling somewhere. He will buy me what ever I need for supplies. I just wish he would allow me to spend more time in the sewing room.

Hopefully if he liked to quilt too, he'd have his own tools, machine and stash. Just think of the size of sewing room that would need! It could be the house of a quilter's dream-- A sewing room house with accommodations for convenience. hehe
