Default If your machine was a dog?

If your sewing machine were a dog, what breed would it be? Our little sewing group had a fun time thinking about this. One was a Lab because it waited patiently for the next retreat, one a Chihuahua because it constantly jumped and skipped stitched, the speedy Juki was a Greyhound, and another (high-end name brand machine) an elegant Poodle. Hope you have fun thinking about this too.

It would be a Westie (West Highland terrier). It is always ready to go on any adventure. All I have to to is turn it on and petal to the metal. No major problems with it. Fortunately, there is NO poop to pick up! Love it.

Well my old treadle would be a Saint Bernard because it's big, noisy but always faithful to sew through stuff my modern machine doesn't like. My Berninas would be Labradoodles ( sp) smart, energetic and sweet natured ( most of the time) with an occasional snarl.

Definitely a lab, a chocolate one, because it's strong, enduring, easy to get along with, accepts change easily, willing to play any time, willing to travel anywhere, friendly to others, not finicky but knows what good for it, just my dear sweet friend.

My bernina would be a bishion frieze, local ready to please at any time but quiet when needed. My janome would be a Labrador waiting patiently for a challenge.

Mine would probably be a mutt as I love scrappies and often make "whatever" pops into my head.

Ha, ha Jan. My Bernina 1260 would be a Golden Retriever for the same reason. Love it, and them.
