All three of mine do from time to time. What really gets me is the way they can fall asleep at the drop of a hat, wake themselves up from barking in their sleep and go right back to sleep while I lie awake from being startled from it. LOL

I have a boxer and yes he snores very loud, barks, howls and sometimes looks like he's trying to run. It is sooo funny to watch his little legs moving back and forth while he's sound asleep.

Woody sounds like a fire siren at times when sleeping, and has even raised his head up howling like a wolf when asleep. He also does the "running, snorting, snoring, woof woofing" while sleeping. Let's just say he can clear a room when he's sleeping, too!

Very normal behavior. Many dream and snore as we do (smile). Cute furbaby. Thank you for sharing.

I have a 5 lb Manchester Terrier, that I rescued from a horrible family,..she's been with me only 1 1/2 yrs I've never heard her bark or growl but she whimpers and whines in her sleep she sounds so sad that I pick her up and snuggle her to remind her she is now loved and cherished. But my calico cat snores like a car missing its muffler but only if she's been outside that day. When ever my husband snored like that I'd wake him up trying to move him onto his side but I would never do this to my fur baby :-)

Some nights I think my husband and the dog have a contest to see who can snore the loudest. The dog sleeps two rooms away!
