Too much quilting=hurting wrist. Is it the beginning of carpal tunnel (sp)? Ouch!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe more like tendinitis. I was working on an advanced degree a few years ago and my wrist started hurting. I looked up ergonomic ways to make sure I was using correct posture at the keyboard. I also bought a wrist brace that kept my wrist from moving too much and gave it support. I found that if I used the brace for a few weeks it went away.

Thanks, EllieGirl. I've had this before and had a shot and also wore a brace. Sure does hinder the day's productivity.

If your wrist continues to hurt, please PLEASE go see a doctor. Could be carpal tunnel, could be many other things, and there might be things you could do now to fix it or at least keep it from getting worse.
