Anyone ever heard of it? http://e-mealz.com/
I never had until I stayed with Lauren. She LOVES this plan. I was a bit skeptical at first, but since I was doing ALL the cooking and the meals looked easy, I figured....why not? So, I jumped into it.
All the dinners I made following the plan were awesome! I'm picky at times, but there was NOTHING on any of the menus I made that I didn't like.
It costs $5.00 /month to sign up for.
You get the menu plus a shopping list. It gives you everything you need and you can even choose the store that you shop at, ie..Walmart, Kroger, etc. There's also one for ANY STORE if the stores listed aren't in your area.
There are menus for 4 or more people, 2 people, low fat, point systems, vegetarian.....
You get a menu for 7 days. you don't have to follow day 1, day 2, etc, you can do day 1, day 5, day 3 if you want.
I did the shopping for this weeks meals and couldn't believe the money I saved. I stuck to the shopping list ( a feat in itself), but also bought other staples we needed, cat litter, cereal, etc. I actually saved $100. Couldn't believe it!! Didn't buy the junk that I THOUGHT I would need for dinners.
Anyway...I just thought I would put this out there. I figured with everyone wanting to save money and such, that this is a good idea......

Teri, that's a nifty little thing you told us about. I absolutely HATE to cook unless it's something that I either know how to make from memory, or if I have a recipe that's easy to follow. And don't get me started on shopping! The only shopping I actually like to do is for fabrics, and my preferred method is online. So I may just have to check this out, too. Thanks much!

It really is easy!
Right now, I have White Chili in the crockpot for dinner tonight. Took all of about 5 min to toss everything in there. It'll be done by the time hubby comes home from work...yes, he has to work today even with it being Saturday. I don't mind tho, every day that he works "overtime", is one step closer to that ship being turned over to the civilians......woohoo!

I hadn't heard of that one, but I've heard of something similar, here: http://savingdinner.com/go-shopping/...subscriptions/
