I have am Easter tradition that I blow out eggs ever year and have my kids and grands paint eggs. I set out the paints and they create. Here are pictures of some of my favorites over the last 11 years. My grands are now age 6(twins) to age 21(with family of his own). I treasure all the works of art they have made over the years.

This isn't all of them but these are the best of the bunch.

Hope you enjoy them!

Some my kids and grands have done

What wonderful memories those eggs have most likely given you over the years.

Thanks everyone! It is so much fun to get them out each year and look at them all. I enjoy getting the kids to do more each year and watch as they grow older and their ideas change from year to year. My mom always does some too. I have had to twist arms to get the adult kids to do some. In one picture you will see one where Nathan simply wrote Happy Easter from Nathan. This is my artist in the family! He does pencil drawings that are so good! and I couldn't get him to do anything more artistic that year! He has done some other ones over time. Each of my 3 kids and their spouses have done at least a couple of eggs for me except for my SIL Ben. I am going to have to twist his arm sometime to get one at least from him!

I wish I could post my most favorite eggsperience for you! I was blowing out eggs one Easter for the kids to paint and my DIL and the twins were here(about 3 at the time) and my son Nathan and his daughter Nicci were here. My mom was helping the kids and I was blowing out eggs. I looked up and Devon(twin)picked up one of the blown out eggs and started to try to imitate what I was doing-blowing out the egg from one end. The fragile hollow egg broke in his hand when he started blowing on it and the look on his face is priceless!!!! He was so shocked! and we all laughed and laughed at his expression! Nathan was taking a video for me of the process and he sent me the video but alas I can't post it here. But thought I would tell you about it! I go back and look at it from time to time and enjoy the moment again and again! He was so cute!!
