maybe somebody can help me. i have a problem with the home computer ...when i click on a topic i have to click it again to make it full sized page on my laptop it automactly goes to full page is ther a setting i need to fix on the home computer ?

Are you using Internet explorer 9? On the top right hand side of the page there is a house, star and a wheel. Click on the wheel and select internet options. Amost at the bottom of the page its says: change how web pages are displayed in tabs - click that setting button. These should be checked: Enable tab browsing and tab groups.
Under when a new tab is opened, open - it should say the new tab page. Further down where it says open links from other tabs in: pick a new tab in the current window. save the changes - you may have to re boot.

On mine - there is a plus sign in a magnifier on the bottom right. You will see 100% or whatever you are getting. Just click on this and choose which percent you want.

Sometimes if you right-click the (IE) internet icon then click "properties" there is an option to check "always open new windows maximized"
