The ShopHop. What is this? What do you do? Where do I find it?

fabshophop.com

It is a great way to find internet quilt shops that you may want to shop at. Great ideas for projects, different BOM (or same BOM but with different prices), ideal way to track down particular fabrics, etc. There is a little logo that you click on at each shop and my OCD nature wants all the logos! There are prizes given to folks who participate in the shophop. Prizes are hard to come by. I don't do the shop for that. I can't go to the nationwide quilt shows so I do the internet shop hop.

At the bottom of the page there is a box with the hint in it...took less then 30 seconds!! I've been doing the hop for many years and remember where many shops put their hints! Happy to be able to help, cuz if I need help, I know where to come for that help!!!

You go to each shop and find the bunny - introduces you to many shops. Give it a try!

I have won many times. Most of my winnings were in the form of a $10.00 gift certificate to one of the participating fabric stores. One time I won a $50.00 gift certificate. I picked out lots of fabric from that winning. It's a fun game and challenging at times.

Sometimes the hops are tied to a free quilt blocks or blocks + recipe. YUM!! Anyone remember the muffin or pie recipe events that matched the block patterns given away during the hop? This October one is the first one I've done in a while just because I've had no time to play online :-)

Shesh! I totally missed it and I am usually so good at finding the clues. I remember these before anyone did clues. Clues make it so much nicer to do because you can spend time in the shops you want to be in and can get through the ones you're not interested in quickly.

Thank you again and anytime I can help, I will!
