Don't forget to send me your loss for February. I will not be keeping the purple FQ as I had planned. I am up this month.

I have pm'd you meanmom.

I did VERY well this month. I stuck to my new eating plan and have exercised every nice day that I could. All I can say is, I probably wouldn't have done as well if I had a full time job. My new eating plan seems to take all my time. I sure hope as I go along, I can get things planned ahead so that it will continue to work for me when I go back to work. I feel like loosing weight is a full time job. I struggled a bit with cravings the last couple of days of the month. But, I really fought them off and did not break my plan. Thank goodness for the calorie counter on my phone. It is helping to keep me in line.

I know I haven't even reached my real struggles yet. Usually the last 25 lbs are the hardest to loose for me. But, I think because I need to loose so much it is coming off faster at the moment.

I have not had weight loss surgery. I am only following the plan by Isabel De Los Rios. Her eating plan is very much lite the Atkins diet. And, I had to tweak a few things to make it more affordable to my budget. I am so relieved that it is working for me.

Judith1005, that's great you're doing so well. Keep up the good work

I unfortunately (but not unsurprisingly!) didn't lose in February. I keep hoping I'll get back into it. On the positive side, I've stayed the same weight for over a year now, within 3 pounds. I just haven't lost the last 20 that I would like to.

Raggiemom, that is a goal in itself. For some, maintaining weight loss is almost harder then loosing it. And thank you. I can use all the encouragement I can get. I am struggling with cravings today.

Heather, i'm with you....i am grateful that i have not gained weight for over a year (since the 25/30 i put on after quitting smoking)...but the fact that i cannot lose any of it and keep fluctuating back and forth with the same 10 pounds is making me crazy(er) !!!!
I've GOT to find an answer to break through this !!!

Best of luck everyone for a successful March. Maybe in honor of St. Paddy's Day i need to go on a green beer diet????

Yet again, I didn't lose anything, but the good news is I didn't gain either. I am looking to lose at least 40 more lbs. but would really be happy if I could just lose a minimum of 20 by summer. Hopefully warm weather will be upon us soon, and I had cortisone shots to help with the bursitus on my outer hips (both sides) and I just ordered a knee sleeve from Tommy Copper for my left knee, so I will be back to walking daily and that will help me knock off some lbs. Congrats to those who did lose this past month.
