puducha fabric shops?

Oh man, I wish I could go, too. I've never been but if you log on to: http://www.paducah.travel/visitors/s...c-quilt-shops/ the list of shops is amazing. For sure I'd want to go to Hancocks and also some smaller shops. LOL be sure to give her your wish list. Going to Paducah would be like going to Rome, Jerusalem or Mecca.

The city is Paducah (that is the correct spelling). Eleanor Burns has a shop downtown that is neat and of course, Hancocks of Paducah was mentioned. It's a huge place. There is another shop downtown across the street from Quilt in a Day and closer to the convention center. It's easy to walk from either shop there. If she were there this weekend, the huge quilt show is going on and Eleanor Burns has a huge set up where she gives demos, signs autographs, sells fabrics, books and everything. You can spend half a day or more just visiting that site.
It would be nice if you could sneak in her suitcase!
