If there is humor in that statement, I am missing it. I think the motivations for quilting are far more noble.

true, but some days......as Jackie Gleason would say. " pow, right in the kisser!" For those of us passed the new millenniums.

Our sewing rooms are what Millennials call their "safe place." If we take it all too seriously, then there's no room for fun and laughter and then it's just "work." Thanks to you who get that.
